Bread Pakoda | Bread Pakora
Pakoda or Pakora is Indian origin recipe, which involves deep frying the batter based dumplings. This version includes the Pakora made out of Wheat or normal Bread. Usually we serve Pakora with Masala Tea(Chai that’s what we call) or Spicy Minty chutney. Do let us know your feedback..

Ingredients
  • 6-7Slices Bread slices
  • 2cup Water to soak bread
  • 1/3cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4cup Capsicum(finely chopped)
  • 1/4cup Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 Green chiliĀ  (finely chopped)
  • 1/4cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1tsp Carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1/2tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/2tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2tsp Sesame seeds(til)
  • 1/2 tsp Tamarind Paste (imli)
  • 2pinches Baking soda
  • 1/4tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4tsp Rice flour
  • 1/4sup Maida(plain flour)
  • 1tbsp Water
  • for deep fry Oil
Instructions
  1. Firstly, soak bread in a water then drain it and place in a bowl.
  2. Now add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix everything really well.
  3. Make a small balls from the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the Pakora till it turns golden brown.
  5. After that, transfer into plate and keep aside for 5 minutes to crispiness.
  6. Serve Pakoda with hot tea(Masala Chai) or green chutney.
