Dry Fruits are considered as a good source of nutrition. Our daily life nowadays is very much busy and we forget to provide the vitamins and other minerals back to our bodies. This recipe is a good source of nutrition not just for adults but for toddlers as well.

The shelf life of Dry fruit ladoo if stored in aa cool and dry place is up to 2 weeks. Additionally, this can also be consumed during Upvas or Fast.

  • 1 cup Chopped dates(khajur)
  • 1/2 cup Figs(anjeer)
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp pistachio
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Poppy seeds(khas khas)
  • 2 tsp Ghee

  • 1 cup Chopped dates(khajur)

  • 2 tsp Ghee
Instructions
  1. Place chopped dates, figs, raisins, almonds, flax seeds, desiccated coconut, pistachio, cardamom powder, and poppy seeds in a blender.
  2. Blend all the ingredients for 2 minutes.
  3. After that, transfer the mixture to a bowl and add ghee into the mixture and mix it well.
  4. Now, make a small ladoo form the mixture and roll ladoo into desiccated coconut.
  5. Serve ladoo to your kids.
