  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Maida(plain flour)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Ghee or butter
  • to bind the dough Water
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup Cauliflower (Chopped, boiled, mashed)
  • 1 cup Grated paneer
  • 2 Green chili  (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Spring onion(finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Maida(plain flour)

  • 2 tsp Spring onion(finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. For dough : place wheat flour, maida, cumin seeds, salt and 1 tsp ghee in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add water in small parts and knead smooth and soft dough like chapati dough.
  3. Grease dough's surface with 1 tsp oil. Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes to set.
  4. For Gobi-paneer paratha stuffing : Place 1 cup of cauliflower, grated paneer, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, spring onion, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
  5. Mix everything really well.
  6. Now divide stuffing into equal portion and give them a round shape and press a little like patties.
  7. Take 1/2 cup of wheat flour in a plate for dusting. Take one dough pattie and coat it with dry flour on both sides.
  8. Put it on a rolling board and roll it into a circle.then put one portion of stuffing in a center of it.
  9. Wrap stuffing ball by lifting all sides of rolled circle towards top, seal the edges and again give it a round ball shape.
  10. Gently press stuffed ball on rolling board and dust some dry flour over it . Roll it into circle or any other shape.
  11. Put it on a hot tava and cook with a butter or oil till it turns light brown on both side on medium flame.
  12. Transfer it to a plate and spread butter on it and serve it with curd or aachar.
