  • 100gms Paneer
  • 300gms Khova(mava)
  • 2tbsp Maida(plain flour)
  • 1.5cup Sugar
  • 2.5cup Water
  • 6 to 7 Saffron strands
  • 1/2tsp Cardamom powder
  • for deep fry Ghee or oil
For gulab jamun
  1. Place paneer and khova(mava) in a plate and mash them till they become smooth with your hand.
  2. After that, add maida and knead soft dough.
  3. Now, make small balls from the dough without any cracks.
  4. Medium heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till it turns golden.
  5. After that, transfer it to a plate.
For sugar syrup
  1. Place sugar and water in a pan on medium flame.
  2. When sugar dissolves in water then add saffron strands and cardamom powder. Mix it well and boil for 10-15 minutes.
  3. When the sugar syrup becomes warm then add the Gulab jamun balls.
  4. Cover with a lid and keep aside for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, Gulab jamun is ready to serve.
  6. Enjoy
