  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Bournvitta

  • 3 tbsp Oats
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Bournvitta
Instructions
  1. Firstly roast the oats for 30 to 60 seconds or till it turn brown.
  2. Let it slightly cool down.
  3. Place roasted oats, honey, milk and bournvita in a blender and blend it till it become a smooth.
  4. Now pour into glass.
  5. Serve warm.
