  • 2tsp Tamarind Pulp (imli)
  • 1/2cup Dates(khajur)
  • 1/2cup Jaggery (gud)
  • 1.5cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • 1tsp  Red chili powder
  • 1tsp Coriander powder
  1. Firstly, remove the seeds of khajur.
  2. Place imli pulp, khajur, jaggery and water in a pressure cooker. Mix it well.
  3. Cover with a lid and put for 2 whistles.
  4. After that, cool itself to room temperature.
  5. Now take one bowl and put stainer (chhani) on top of it. pour khajur-imli pulp on stainer and filter well. so,you should get sweet chutney.
  6. Furthermore add salt, red chili powder and coriander powder in a bowl and mix it well.
  7. Your khajur-imli chutney is ready to serve.
