  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1-2 Bay leaf
  • 1 Dry red chili
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp Peanuts 
  • 2 Green chilli (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • few Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2.5 cup Cooked Rice
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice

  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp Peanuts 
  • 2 Green chilli (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • few Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2.5 cup Cooked Rice
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves and dry red chili. saute for few seconds.
  2. After that, add peanut, green chili, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, urad dal and coriander seeds.
  3. Mix everything really well and saute for 1 minutes or till onion turns light pink.
  4. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix it well.
  5. Also add cooker rice, salt and lemon juice.
  6. Mix everything really well. Cook for 1 minutes and stir occasionally.
  7. After that, transfer to a plate. Serve hot.
