For Preparing Maggi
  • 2 packets Maggi
  • 1,1/4 cup Water
Other ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Capsicum (chopped)
  • 2-3 Green  chili
  • 3 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Besan (gram flour)
  • 3 tbsp Semolina(rava)
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsp Water
  • for deep fry Oil

For Preparing Maggi
  • 2 packets Maggi
  • 1,1/4 cup Water
Other ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Capsicum (chopped)
  • 2-3 Green  chili
  • 3 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Besan (gram flour)
  • 3 tbsp Semolina(rava)
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsp Water
  • for deep fry Oil
Instructions
  1. Combine water and a maggi masala in a pan. Bring it to a boil,
  2. Add maggi noodles and cook on medium heat and stirring it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Make sure the water should evaporate completely and noodles should be 90 % cooked.
  4. Turn off the flame. Transfer to a big mixing bowl and let it warm completely.
  5. After that combined gram flour, semolina, cabbage, onion, green chilly, ginger-garlic, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl. Mix everything really well.
  6. Add maggi noodles and combine everything with gently without mashing the maggi noodles.
  7. Add 2 - 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp at a time to bring the mixture together.
  8. Divide the mixture in to portions, grease your hands with some oil and give any shape of each portions.
  9. Heat oil in a pan and carefully drop in some maggi pakodas. Deep fry till they become golden brown on both sides on medium flame.
  10. Drain the pakodas well and remove them on a tissue paper.
  11. Maggi pakodas are ready and serve with onion slices or tea.
