  • 1cup Besan (gram flour)
  • 2tsp Rice flour
  • 1cup Fresh methi leaves
  • 1/2cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • to taste or 1tsp GreenĀ  chili
  • 1tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2pinches Turmeric powder
  • 1tsp Kasuri Methi
  • 1tsp Coriander seeds(crushed)
  • 1tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1tsp Carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 2tsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • 1small packet or 1 tsp Eno(soda)
  1. Mix all the ingredients with some water in a big mixing bowl and make a thick batter.
  2. After that add eno the mixture and mix it well.
  3. Now, heat the oil in a pan on medium heat for deep frying.
  4. Once the oil is hot then take 2-3 tsp oil and add into the batter and mix it well.
  5. Now drop small balls in the oil using your hand or with the help of two spoons.
  6. After some time move them around and fry till they become golden brown.
  7. Remove them on a paper towel-lined dish.
  8. Serve immediately with green chili and onion or tea.
