  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup Carrot finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Peas(mutter)
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum(finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Corn seeds
  • 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cup Warm water
  • 1/4 cup Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Spring onion(finely chopped)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Red chili sauce
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and roast rice for 5 minutes or till they turns light brown.
  2. After that, add onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, corn seeds, peas and ginger-garlic paste in a pan.
  3. Mix everything really well and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Next add warm water, black pepper powder and salt. Mix it well.
  5. Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes, rice is ready. Mix it gently and add red chili sauce.
  7. Mix everything well. Cover and rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer rice into bowl and garnish with coriander leaves or spring onion.
  9. Serve hot.
