Ingredients
  • 1cup Mint leaves
  • 2cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/2cup Hung curd
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 Chopped Green chili
  • 1inch Chopped ginger
  • 5-6pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • 1tbsp Oil
  • 1/4cup Water
  • 1small Onion
Instructions
  1. Place mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, chopped green chili, ginger, garlic, and water in a mixer jar and make a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer mint paste to a bowl and add sugar, oil, and hung curd into the bowl.
  3. Mix it and whisk for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Mint chutney is ready to serve.
  5. Serve chutney with a sandwich.
