For Batter
  • 3/4 cup Besan (gram flour)
  • 1 tsp  Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Carom seeds (ajwain)
  • to make thick batter Water
For Stuffing
  • 4-5 Bhajji mirch
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 Chopped Green chili
  • 1 cup Boiled, Mashed potato
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp  Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chat masala
  • few Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • for deep fry Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda

  • to make thick batter Water
For Stuffing
  • 4-5 Bhajji mirch
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 Chopped Green chili
  • 1 cup Boiled, Mashed potato
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp  Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chat masala
  • few Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • for deep fry Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
Instructions
For Batter
  1. Place besan (gram flour), red chili powder, salt and ajwain in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix it well and make a thick batter with a water and keep aside.
For stuffing
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, mashed potato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, cumin seeds, garam masala, chat masala and coriander leaves.
  2. Mix everything really well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool completely and keep aside.
  3. Now cut the mirchi and stuff this mixture.
  4. Take batter and add soda into the batter. Mix it.
  5. Dip stuffed bhajji into the batter.
  6. Deep fry them into enough oil till it become golden brown on medium flame.
  7. Transfer into plate and serve hot with chutney.
