Mirchi bava (chili cutlet) is a spicy Indian snack consisting of chili (mirchi ) and potato or cauliflower stuffing, served hot with tomato sauce or occasionally with mint and tamarind chutney.(Source : Wikipedia)
Place besan (gram flour), red chili powder, salt and ajwain in a mixing bowl.
Mix it well and make a thick batter with a water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, mashed potato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, cumin seeds, garam masala, chat masala and coriander leaves.
Mix everything really well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool completely and keep aside.
Now cut the mirchi and stuff this mixture.
Take batter and add soda into the batter. Mix it.
Dip stuffed bhajji into the batter.
Deep fry them into enough oil till it become golden brown on medium flame.
