Dosa is a type of pancake from the Indian subcontinent, made from a fermented batter. It is somewhat similar to a crepe in appearance. Its main ingredients are rice and black gram.(Source : Wikipedia)

  • 1 cup Semolina(rava)
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 2.5 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 Green chili  (finely chopped)

  • 1 cup Semolina(rava)
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 2.5 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 Green chili  (finely chopped)
Instructions
  1. Place rava, rice flour and salt in a big mixing bowl. Mix it with water and make a pouring consistency batter.
  2. Keep aside and rest for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, Heat tava and grease some oil over the tava.
  4. Take one glass and pour 1 cup of batter, also add exact 2 drop of lemon juice and pinch of soda. Mix it well.
  5. Pour this glass's batter from top so, you get net type dosa.
  6. Make sure don't pour like rice dosa and consistency is liquid type.
  7. Now top with onion, green chili and coriander leaves and press with spatula.
  8. Also spread some oil to the edges. When base is golden brown and up part also cooked, transfer dosa to a plate and serve with coconut chutney.
