  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Semolina(rava)
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 Chopped Green chili
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 cup Water
  • Oil

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Semolina(rava)
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 Chopped Green chili
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 cup Water
  • Oil
Instructions
  1. Roast oats for 2 to 3 minutes or till they become light brown on medium flame.
  2. Transfer oats to a mixer jar and make a fine powder.
  3. Now to make a batter,
  4. Place oats powder, 1/2 cup semolina(rava), 1/2 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup curd, salt, green chili, black pepper powder and 2 cup water in a mixing bowl.
  5. Mix it and make a pouring consistency batter.
  6. Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Heat non-stick pan and grease oil.
  8. Pour the batter on the pan maintain some height.
  9. Grease oil to the edges.
  10. Flip the dosa when it becomes brown and again cook for a minute.
  11. Transfer dosa to a plate and serve with green chutney or sabzi.
