  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Green chili  (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp  Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Grated paneer
  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)

  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala

  • 1 cup Grated paneer
  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin powder and saute for few seconds.
  2. After that, add onion, green chili and ginger-garlic paste. Mix it well and saute for 1 to 2 minutes or till onions turns light brown.
  3. Add tomato, mix it and saute till the tomato become soft and mushy.
  4. Also add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
  5. Mix everything really well and saute for 1 minutes on low flame.
  6. Finally add grated paneer, Mix it well and simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. After 3 minutes, add crushed kasuri methi and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  8. Serve with paratha.
