Ingredients
For Dough
  • 1.5cup Wheat flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 3tsp Oil
  • to knead a dough Water
For Stuffing
  • 200gms Crumbled paneer
  • 3pieces Chopped Green chili
  • 1inch Grated Ginger
  • 1medium Fine chopped onion
  • to taste Salt
  • 1tsp Coriander-cumin powder
  • 1tsp Amchur powder
  • 1tsp Garam masala
  • 2tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2tsp Crushed coriander seeds(optional)
  • 1tsp Kasuri Methi
Other Ingredients
  • Oil
  • Ghee or butter
Instructions
For Dough
  1. Mix wheat flour, salt, 1 tbsp oil in a bowl or plate.
  2. Adding water knead a smooth and tight dough.
  3. Grease the dough with some oil, cover it and keep aside for 20 minutes to set.
For Stuffing
  1. Place all the stuffing ingredients to the big mixing bowl and mix it well.
Making paneer paratha
  1. Divide dough into 4 equal portions and give them a round shape.
  2. Take one ball, put it on a rolling board and roll into a circle. Then put 3 Tsp of paneer stuffing in a center of it.
  3. Wrap stuffing by lifting all sides of the rolled circle towards the top, seal the edges and again give it a round ball shape as shown in the video.
  4. Gently press the stuffed ball on rolling board and roll it into a circle.
  5. Put the rolled paratha on hot tava and Grease 1 tsp of oil and cook till it turns light brown on both sides on medium flame.
  6. Transfer paneer paratha to a plate and spread ghee or butter in it.
  7. Serve paneer paratha with chutney and curd.
