Sabudana is also known as Pearl Tapioca. It is famous in Indian sub-continent especially during the Fast or say Upvas.

  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1 cup Sabudana
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Boiled potato (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts 
  • 10-12 Curry leaves
  • 3 Green chili  (finely chopped)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • few Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup Potato chevada

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Boiled potato (chopped)

  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • few Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup Potato chevada
Instructions
  1. Soak sabudana in a enough water for 4 to 5 hours or over night.
  2. After that drain it and keep aside.
  3. Heat 2 tsp butter in a pan and add sabudana. mix it well and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer it into bowl.
  5. Now heat 1 tbsp butter in a same pan and add cumin seeds, curry leaves, peanut and green chili. saute for few seconds.
  6. Add chopped potato in a pan. Mix it well.Also add salt, dry mango powder, sugar and sauted sabudana.
  7. Mix everything really well and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Transfer into plate and garnish with coriander leaves, Pomegranate seeds and potato chevada.
  9. Serve hot.
