Veggies Salad | Indian vegetable salad

salad is a dish consisting of a mixture of small pieces of food, usually vegetables. However, different varieties of salad may contain virtually any type of ready-to-eat food. Salads are typically served at room temperature or chilled, with notable exceptions such as south German potato salad which is served warm.

Garden salads use a base of leafy greens such as lettuce, arugula, kale or spinach; they are common enough that the word salad alone often refers specifically to garden salads. Other types include bean salad, tuna salad, fattoush, Greek salad, and Japanese sōmen salad (a noodle-based salad).   •  Prep time : 20 minutes
  • Cook time : 5 minutes
  • Serve : 2-3

Ingredients :

  • Onion(finely chopped) : 1 small
  • Tomato(finely chopped) : 1 medium
  • Boiled corn : 2 tsp
  • Boiled Peas : 2 tsp
  • Fried cabbage : 3-4 tsp
  • Carrot(chopped) : 1/4 cup
  • Mint sauce : 1 tsp
  • Catch up : 2 tsp
  • Salt to test
  • Black pepper powder : 1/2  tsp
  • Oregano : 1 tsp

Method :

  • Add Onion, tomato, boiled peas, boiled corn, fried cabbage, carrot, mint sauce, catch up, black pepper powder, oregano and salt in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Garnish with  Coriander  in a plate.
